Wanderburg ist ein minimalistischer Action-Roguelike über eine fahrende Burg in einer absurden mittelalterlichen Welt. Statt eine Festung zu verteidigen, steuerst du sie selbst über das Schlachtfeld, verschlingst Dörfer, Herden und kleinere Festungen und wächst mit jeder erfolgreichen Begegnung zu einer immer größeren Kriegsmaschine.
Während eines Runs sammelst du Münzen und baust deine Burg modular aus. Kanonen, Flammenwerfer, Magiertürme, Minen und andere Belagerungsmodule verändern Reichweite, Schadensprofil und Fahrverhalten. Besiegte Bosse schalten zusätzliche Regionen frei; zwischen den Runs kommen neue Fahrzeuge, Waffen, Kapitäne und weitere Startoptionen hinzu. Die Kombination aus Fahrzeugsteuerung, Bullet-Heaven-Progression und später deutlich dichterem Bullet-Hell-Gefecht setzt stark auf wiederholbare Builds und experimentelle Synergien.
Die PC-Fassung startete am 8. September 2026 bei Steam im Early Access. Randwerk plant aktuell ungefähr sechs bis zwölf Monate Early Access, wobei Umfang, Balancing und Systeme anhand des Community-Feedbacks weiter ausgebaut werden sollen.
