Library of Ruina ist ein düsteres Deckbuilding-RPG von ProjectMoon und setzt die Geschichte von Lobotomy Corporation fort. Roland landet in Angelas Bibliothek, in der Gäste zu Receptions eingeladen werden. Wer im Kampf fällt, wird zu einem Buch. Diese Bücher eröffnen neue Einladungen, Kampfkarten und weitere Teile der Geschichte.
Der Kern sind rundenbasierte Kartenkämpfe mit mehreren Bibliothekaren. Du baust Decks aus Combat Pages, vergleichst Würfelwerte in direkten Clashs und reagierst auf Resistenzen, Statusveränderungen und steigende Emotionen. Gute Planung ist wichtiger als reines Glück, denn Karten- und Charaktereffekte verändern die Chancen jeder Auseinandersetzung.
Zwischen den Kämpfen erzählt Library of Ruina seine lange Geschichte in Visual-Novel-Sequenzen weiter. Die PC-Fassung verließ den Early Access am 10. August 2021. Auf Steam unterstützt sie Workshop, Erfolge und Cloud-Speicherstände.
